What Is Double-Chin Liposuction?
Submental liposuction, often called double-chin liposuction, is a procedure that removes a small, targeted pocket of fat beneath the chin through fine cannulas to refine the chin and jawline profile.
Double-chin liposuction, known clinically as submental liposuction, removes a defined pocket of fat under the chin through very fine cannulas to refine the chin-to-neck profile. It targets fat specifically — it is not a treatment for loose skin on its own.
Fullness under the chin can be fat, lax skin, muscle position, or a combination, and each responds to a different approach. The consultation is where we tell them apart, because liposuction only suits fullness that is genuinely fat-led.

Who Is Double-Chin Liposuction For?
