Dr. Fernando Andrés Cabrera is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than fifteen years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery across the UAE, Spain, Chile and Colombia — spanning facial, breast and body procedures. He completed his residency in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Bogotá, and holds an MSc in Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing Medicine from Universidad Complutense, Madrid. At Shookra he leads plastic and reconstructive surgery, beginning always with a consultation to understand your goals and assess what is right for you.

Eyelid surgery is precise work, and the consultation matters as much as anything that follows. My job at that first meeting is to understand what you actually want to change, then be honest about whether surgery is the right way to get there — sometimes it is, and sometimes a non-surgical option suits you better.
