Executive Health Screening in Dubai
The people with the least time for their health are often the ones carrying the most load: long hours, travel, short sleep and meals on the move. An executive screening fits a full assessment into one visit, with the results explained by a physician and kept confidential.
- Consultation, bloods and body composition in one visit
- Heart, metabolic and hormonal markers covered together
- A confidential results review, arranged around your diary

What Is an Executive Health Screening?
An executive health screening is a physician-led health check organised around a busy schedule: consultation, blood tests and in-clinic measurements in a single visit, followed by a confidential results review and a clear, prioritised plan.
An executive screening covers the same ground as a thorough health check — history, examination, blood work, body composition — but is organised around your time. Tests are chosen in advance where possible, samples and measurements are taken in one appointment, and the results review can be held in clinic or remotely.
The focus is on the systems most affected by a demanding working life: cardiovascular and metabolic markers, hormones, inflammation, sleep and stress, and the nutrients that commonly run low with irregular meals and little daylight. These are areas where change tends to be gradual and silent, so measuring them is more reliable than waiting to notice.
The output is not a thick report. It is a short list of what matters, what can wait, and what to re-check — agreed with a physician who has read everything together.
Who an Executive Health Check Is For
This suits founders, senior leaders and professionals who want a thorough, physician-read health check without several appointments, and anyone whose schedule has pushed routine screening down the list for too long.
It is also offered as a corporate programme for leadership teams and staff, with scheduling organised around the business and individual results kept private to each person.
A screening is planned, not urgent. Chest pain, breathlessness, fainting, sudden weakness or any severe new symptom needs prompt medical care — call emergency services (998 in the UAE) or go to the nearest emergency department.
- No full health check in the last few years
- Long hours, frequent travel and irregular meals
- Energy that dips through the day
- Sleep cut short by work
- Weight creeping up around the middle
- A family history of heart disease or diabetes
- Focus and concentration that are harder to hold
Panels in an Executive Screening

Ageing & vitality
Anti-Aging Profile
The broadest single panel here, spanning metabolic, hormonal and nutritional status together.
Why it’s here The broad base of the screening — metabolic, hormonal, thyroid and nutritional markers in one draw.
Includes: Complete blood count · Comprehensive metabolic panel · Hormones · HbA1c · Lipid profile · Insulin · Thyroid function · Vitamin D · Vitamin B12

Heart
Cardiac Risk Profile
The inflammatory and clotting signals that sit behind cardiovascular risk.
Why it’s here Lipids with inflammatory and clotting markers, since cardiovascular risk builds quietly under long-term load.
Includes: Homocysteine · D-dimer · hs-CRP · Lipid profile

Heart
Apolipoproteins Profile
Counts the particles that actually carry cholesterol into artery walls — a sharper read than cholesterol alone.
Why it’s here Added when family history or lipids call for particle-level markers such as ApoB and Lp(a).
Includes: ApoA1 · ApoB · ApoB/A1 ratio · Lp(a)

Metabolic
Diabetes Risk Assessment
Insulin resistance markers that move years before glucose does.
Why it’s here Insulin resistance markers, relevant to irregular meals, travel and little movement.
Includes: HOMA index · Adiponectin · HbA1c

Hormones
Hormone Profile — Male
Testosterone, thyroid and adrenal axes read together rather than in isolation.
Why it’s here Testosterone, thyroid and adrenal hormones read together, for men.

Hormones
Hormone Profile — Female
Cycle, thyroid and adrenal hormones mapped across the systems they affect.
Why it’s here Cycle, thyroid and adrenal hormones read together, for women.
In clinic
AI Body Analysis
Body composition — fat, lean mass and distribution — measured rather than estimated.
Why it’s here Body composition measured on the same visit, so fat distribution sits beside the bloods.

Executive Health Markers Explained
A full executive screening can look at the markers below. Your physician confirms which are run for you, ideally at a short pre-visit consultation so everything can be done in one appointment.
- Blood pressure
- Measured at the visit — one of the most important cardiovascular readings, and often unknown.
- Lipids and ApoB
- Cholesterol and the particles that carry it, the core of cardiovascular risk.
- HbA1c and fasting insulin
- Average blood sugar and how hard the body works to hold it — early signals of metabolic drift.
- hs-CRP
- A sensitive marker of low-grade inflammation, read in context.
- Thyroid function
- The thyroid sets energy and pace, and its early signs are easily put down to workload.
- Sex and adrenal hormones
- Testosterone, oestrogen and cortisol-related markers that shift with age, stress and sleep.
- Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin
- Commonly low with indoor working lives and irregular meals, and often linked to low energy.
- Body composition
- Fat, lean mass and where fat is carried — more informative than weight or BMI.
What an Executive Health Check Includes in One Visit
A short consultation before the day, in person or by phone, settles your history and which panels are worth running, so you arrive knowing how to prepare. On the day, a physician completes the history and examination, measures blood pressure, takes one blood draw and records body composition in clinic.
Once every result is in, a results review goes through the findings in order of importance and agrees the next steps. The review can be held in clinic or remotely, and follow-up tests are booked around your calendar rather than the other way round.
For the widest single programme, including a biological age estimate, see the Longevity & Wellness Screening Package on our Diagnostics & Screening page.
Corporate Health Screening Programmes in Dubai
Companies arrange executive screening for leadership teams and staff as part of their health and wellbeing provision. Appointments are scheduled in blocks around the business, and each person has their own consultation and results review with a physician.
Individual results belong to the individual. They are discussed with the person screened and are not shared with their employer. Any reporting to the company is agreed in advance and does not identify anyone.
To discuss a programme for your team, message us on WhatsApp and the team will set up a call.
Work Stress, Sleep and Health: What Screening Can Show
Sustained pressure rarely shows up as one dramatic result. It tends to appear as several small shifts together: blood pressure a little higher, weight gathering around the middle, blood sugar and triglycerides edging up, sleep shorter and less restful, vitamin D low. Each alone is easy to dismiss; seen together they describe a direction of travel.
A screening turns that direction into numbers, which makes it far easier to decide what to change first and to see, at the next check, whether it worked. Where energy, sleep and stress are the main concern, our fatigue and stress assessment goes further.
Executive Screening vs a Standard Annual Check-up
Both have a place. This is a general guide to how they differ; your physician decides what is right for you.
| Standard annual check-up | Executive health screening | |
|---|---|---|
| Format | Often several separate appointments | Organised into one visit |
| Blood work | A standard basic panel | Panels chosen for your history |
| Heart and metabolic | Cholesterol and glucose | Lipids, ApoB, HbA1c and insulin where indicated |
| Body composition | Weight or BMI | Measured in clinic |
| Results | Report with reference ranges | Physician review, prioritised plan |
| For teams | Arranged individually | Corporate programmes available |
After Your Screening Results
At the results review your physician goes through the findings in order of importance, explains what they mean together, and agrees a short list of next steps. For many people that is reassurance and a re-screen date. For others it is a targeted follow-up test or a specialist referral, arranged around their schedule.
Where results point to metabolic drift, nutrient gaps, hormonal change or poor sleep, the plan can include practical changes to nutrition, activity and sleep, supplementation and further assessment — always based on what was measured, and re-tested so progress is visible.

A Note From Your Physician
On executive health
The executives I see rarely have one big problem. They have five small ones that have been building quietly for years — a little more weight, a little less sleep, blood pressure edging up. Seeing them together, on one page, is usually what makes the next step obvious. I would rather agree three changes that last than hand over a list of twenty.
