Longevity & Diagnostics
Longevity Medicine in Dubai
We measure how you are actually ageing — your biological age, your biomarkers, your body composition — then intervene with evidence rather than guesswork. Longevity medicine here isn’t a single treatment; it is a method.
The science of more good years.

The method
Measure first. Then intervene.
Most health concerns are decided long before symptoms appear. One method runs the whole practice — diagnostics aren’t a department here, they’re the first step.
- 01
Measure
A wide range of advanced panels — bloods, biomarkers and body scanning — builds a clear, ranked picture of how you're ageing, across body and skin.
- 02
Intervene
Your physician designs the protocol from that map — sequenced to your data rather than to a trend.
- 03
Extend
We re-measure, track what's changing and adjust over time. Care managed as one practice, not one-off visits.
The measurements
One of the deepest diagnostic ranges in Dubai.
A single test doesn’t tell the full story — and neither does a single panel. We draw on a wide range of advanced panels across bloodwork, body composition and functional measures, together covering thousands of possible markers across your whole biology, and select the right ones for you.
Hover a marker to see why it matters
- Biological ageYour true ageing rate — often years off your birth certificate, and the number worth moving.
- ApoBCounts the particles that actually drive arterial plaque — a sharper heart-risk signal than cholesterol alone.
- hs-CRPA sensitive read on hidden inflammation, a quiet driver behind much of how we age.
- VO₂ maxYour aerobic ceiling — one of the strongest predictors of staying capable for longer.
- HbA1cYour average blood sugar over ~3 months — an early window on metabolic drift.
- Fasting insulinFlags insulin resistance years before glucose moves — an early metabolic warning.
- Lp(a)A largely inherited, independent heart-risk marker most check-ups never measure.
- HomocysteineElevated levels track with vascular and cognitive risk — often correctable with B-vitamins.
- Vitamin DUnderpins immune, bone and metabolic health — and widely low in this region.
- FerritinYour iron stores — too low saps energy, too high can signal inflammation.
- TestosteroneDrives energy, muscle, mood and libido — and declines measurably with age.
- TSHThe thyroid's master dial for metabolism, energy and weight.
- Omega-3 indexYour tissue omega-3 level — linked to heart and brain resilience.
- eGFRHow well your kidneys filter — a quiet vital sign of long-term health.
- CortisolYour stress-hormone rhythm — chronic elevation accelerates ageing.
- Visceral fatThe active fat around your organs — the kind that actually drives risk.

- Why it mattersOne number for your whole trajectory — and the target every protocol is built to move.
Biological AgeYour rate of ageing, estimated from combined biomarkers. - Why it mattersDozens of markers read together reveal patterns no single result can show on its own.
Advanced Blood PanelMetabolic, inflammatory, hormonal and cardiovascular markers. - Why it mattersMuscle and visceral fat predict healthspan far better than the number on a scale.
Body CompositionFat, lean mass and bone — measured, not estimated. - Why it mattersVO₂ max is among the strongest single predictors of how long you stay independent.
Cardiorespiratory FitnessOxygen uptake and endurance capacity. - Why it mattersHeart disease is set in motion decades early — these markers catch it while it's silent.
Cardiovascular MarkersLipids, ApoB and inflammatory cardiac signals. - Why it mattersMetabolic drift underlies much age-related disease — and it's among the most reversible.
Metabolic & GlucoseInsulin sensitivity and glucose regulation. - Why it mattersHormones set energy, sleep, mood and body composition — small shifts, outsized effects.
Hormonal PanelThyroid, adrenal and sex-hormone balance. - Why it mattersChronic, low-grade inflammation quietly accelerates nearly every age-related condition.
Inflammatory LoadSystemic inflammation, including hs-CRP. - Why it mattersA non-invasive read on mineral balance and heavy-metal burden — often overlooked elsewhere.
OligoScanTissue minerals and heavy-metal load, read non-invasively. - Why it mattersDeficiencies that blunt energy and recovery — easy to miss, and straightforward to correct.
Micronutrient StatusVitamin, mineral and omega levels. - Why it mattersA baseline today makes any future change measurable rather than guessed.
Cognitive & Stress BaselineA baseline for memory, focus and stress physiology. - Why it mattersYour gut shapes immunity, mood and metabolism more than was once understood.
Gut & Digestive MarkersDigestive function and microbiome signals.

The thesis
Ageing is measurable. So it is actionable.
Chronological age — the number of birthdays — is a blunt instrument. Two people of the same age can be ageing at very different rates, and that rate is what longevity medicine cares about. Biological age is an estimate built from measurable inputs: metabolic markers, inflammatory load, cardiovascular signals, hormonal balance, body composition and more.
A conventional check-up reads a handful of markers and is designed to catch disease that is already present. We can go far deeper — drawing on a wide range of advanced panels, together covering thousands of possible markers across your whole biology, to find the trajectory before it becomes a diagnosis. The point is not more data for its own sake — it is a clear, ranked picture of where intervention will matter most for you.
From that map, your physician sequences interventions: metabolic and cardiovascular risk first, then the therapies — from IV protocols to regenerative and peptide approaches — matched to your indications. Nothing is prescribed because it is fashionable; it is prescribed because the measurement supports it, and re-measurement tells us whether it worked.
